Terms and Conditions
Appointments can be made yourself online via our booking system Fresha or directly with the salon. We will ask for client details when making your booking including, full name, contact number and email. All clients are asked to enter card details at the time of booking to secure it. To avoid disappointment, it is advisable to book your appointments 2 weeks in advance or for weekend or evenings we recommend 4 weeks in advance.
Cancellations and no shows
Here at BeauTea Lounge we understand that sometimes appointment times may need to be changed or cancelled which we are more than happy to assist with; however we would appreciate if you can give us at least 24 hours notice for these amendments. All cancellations made under 24 hours will result in a 50% late cancellation fee charged via the card you confirmed with. Future appointments will not be made until the fee is paid.
All no show clients are charged 80% fee.
Cancellations and no show fees are based on a small proportion of the cost of service. i.e wages, products ordered, loss of income from not being able to fill the space in short time.
We always advise you to follow the correct aftercare once we have completed your treatment however we understand sometimes problems may occur and we are happy to fix any you may have free of charge as long as you notify us about this within the 48 hours after your appointment. Any repairs after this time will be charged.
At BeauTea Lounge we understand that sometimes life can get in the way causing you to be late, however this has a huge impact on our salon service and we will not be able to give you the proper treatment procedure without the correct time to do so. Unfortunately this means anyone arriving over 10 minutes will result In a 50% charge and cancellation of the treatment, the charge will have to be paid before the appointment is re-scheduled.
We may ask for 50% non-refundable deposits to secure bookings.
BeauTea Lounge is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift vouchers. All vouchers have an expiry date of 6 months. Any vouchers after the date of expiry cannot be redeemed.
Some of our treatments will require a patch test. It is your responsibility to contact or book online for your patch test no sooner than 48 hours prior to the treatment. Failure to do this will result in your appointment being cancelled with late cancellation charges applied. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if allergy testing has not been carried out.
